Hi, I am Vicky and it’s been over 5 years I’m into professional coaching. This is a passion turned career for me. Throughout my coaching and my own preparations, I’ve picked some key elements from different fitness forms that I got trained, created my own program and made a unique style of workouts.
Movements and sequences I design are heavily influenced by the martial art of Kalaripayattu, Calisthenics, animal locomotion and running drills, covering almost all fitness components.
I’ve completed Strength and Conditioning, Advanced personal trainer certification from the Gold’s gym, taken Advanced personal trainer certification from IIFEM ( International Institute of fitness Excellence & Management) as well to help grow my theoretical knowledge about fitness.
MIGHTY WARRIOR – Hybrid Fitness was established in 2022 with a prime vision to encourage and inspire people to understand their inherent beauty of fitness and wellness, by adapting healthy practices in their day to day life. The motive is to help people improve the quality of their lives through regular movement practice.

Online workout programs give you the flexibility to access it from anywhere any time of the day. You get a detailed explanation of the day’s workout with video instructions.
Every Saturday we run a group session which comes as a part of your program. You can ask all your questions there directly to the coach.
You get 75 days’ workouts in the program. Even if you have to take a break for few days, follow the program from where you paused because there is a continuity. There’s no time frame for you to finish 75 workouts.
